Please note that TransUnion (TU) does not, either directly or through any agent (via E-mail, SMS, or Phone Calls) advise any Customers (collectively, individual(s) and/ or corporation(s)) on methods to improve credit scores or seek rectification of trade lines entries appearing on an individual or entity's TransUnion Credit Report, whether for a fee or otherwise, save and except for  authentication purposes, as required, when accessing the TU Credit Report directly from the TU Philippines official website at www.transunion.ph

TU does not, in any circumstances, require  Customers to disclose or share any personal or sensitive personal information (collectively, “Personal Information"), such as Date of Birth, financial information etc. TU advises all Customers to verify the authenticity of any formal arrangements claimed to be made between TU and any third party that would allow the Third Party to provide a TU Credit Report to the Customer based on Personal Information  shared by the Customer with such Third Party. TU further recommends  avoiding  opening any attachments or accessing  suspicious or phishing websites. TU communicates with its customers only through its official website www.transunion.ph or through emails from domain addresses ending in @transunion.com
